Club Rules

The club is so much more fun when we all get along ;0)

We want everyone who attends DAC to have an enjoyable time in a safe and friendly environment so we ask ALL children to follow these simple rules:  

  • All children must sanitise their hands whenever they enter the main hall.
  • ALL children must ask for permission to leave the hall area, this includes using the toilets as we need to know where everyone is at all times!
  • No hitting, pushing or punching will be tolerated at DAC and will result in pupils being excluded from outdoor activities and serious incidents will result in temporary or permanent exclusion from club.
  • Use of bad language and offensive words will not be tolerated in club and will result in pupils being excluded from outdoor activities for that session and parents will be informed.
  • Only toys, games or activities provided by DAC can be used while at club.
  • No eating is permitted during the homework period unless the child has joined the club late.
  • Only food from the snack menu can be consumed while at club.
  • All pupils must wash their hands before they can access the snack buffet.
  • Unwanted food items should not, under any circumstances, be placed on serving plates at the buffet station. Food or rubbish items should be disposed of correctly as directed by the DAC team.
  • The homework session is a quiet study period, therefore noise and talking should be kept to a minimum.
  • I-pads are to be used for educational purposes only during the homework period.
  • The use of mobile phones while at club is not permitted. 
  • No gathering in the corridor, belongings should be placed on the pegs outside the main hall.
