Marianna is currently working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator course, learning the theoretical aspects of childcare alongside gaining practical experience while working at DAC as an assistant.

“My main priority is ensuring the children are enjoying themselves as well as building trust and a good relationships with them to ensure that they feel safe and comfortable around me. I enjoy doing arts and crafts activities with the children as I think art is a really good way of expressing yourself. In my free time I love spending time with family. As an apprentice I am enjoying gaining knowledge about the function of the club and I am enjoying the experience I am gaining with the children.”
